New contact lens aims to bring dropouts back
NCT ID NCT06967298
Summary
This study tested whether a specific monthly contact lens (TOTAL30®) could be a comfortable option for people who had previously stopped wearing reusable contacts because their eyes felt dry or uncomfortable. Researchers fit 60 adults, aged 18-40, who had quit wearing contacts in the last two years, with the new lenses. The main goal was to see how many participants were satisfied and likely to keep wearing these lenses after one and six months.
