Summary
This study tests a new computer program that reads brain activity to tell if someone is conscious or not. Thirty healthy adults will have their brains scanned while awake and asleep. The goal is to see if a simpler, portable version of the test can accurately detect consciousness. This research may help improve care for people with disorders of consciousness.
