Summary
This study tested a computer-based cognitive training program done at home (telerehabilitation) in 36 older adults with mild cognitive impairment. Participants used the program three times a week for 12 weeks. Researchers measured changes in thinking skills and quality of life after 8 and 12 weeks. The goal was to see if this approach could help maintain or improve cognitive function and well-being.
