Bandage bootcamp: can supervised practice beat a brochure?
NCT ID NCT07592208
First seen May 19, 2026 · Last updated Jun 23, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a 3-hour supervised training session with pressure sensors helps physiotherapy students apply compression bandages more accurately than just reading a brochure. Forty-one fourth-year students were split into two groups and tested before and after training. The goal was to see if expert-led practice improves technical skill, pressure precision, and confidence.
