Study pits ultrasound against X-Ray for pinched nerve pain relief

NCT ID NCT07447271

Summary

This study looked back at medical records to compare two different methods for giving pain-relief injections to people with pinched nerves in the neck. It involved 330 patients who received either an ultrasound-guided injection or an X-ray-guided injection. The main goal was to see which method was better at reducing pain over three months and which had fewer side effects.
