Summary
This study compares two advanced, scar-reducing hysterectomy techniques for women with an enlarged uterus: TU-LESS (through the belly button) and vNOTES (through the vagina). About 210 women will be randomly assigned to one method to see which leads to faster recovery, less pain, and shorter hospital stays. The goal is to find the best approach for improving recovery and quality of life after surgery.
