First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tested two different drug combinations to treat a type of kidney transplant rejection called antibody-mediated rejection. Twenty patients who had this rejection were given either a standard treatment or the standard treatment plus an extra drug (bortezomib). The goal was to see which approach better protects the transplanted kidney and improves its function over time.
