Summary

This study compares two treatments for a specific type of elbow fracture in children (Gartland type II). One group will be treated with a cast (conservative), the other with surgery. The goal is to see which approach leads to better arm function, faster recovery, and fewer complications. The study will include 50 children aged 1 to 12 years.
