Summary
This study looks at two different computer-controlled methods for giving the sedative propofol to patients on breathing machines in the intensive care unit (ICU). The goal is to see which method keeps patients at the right sedation level more safely and steadily. About 84 adults in the ICU will take part, and researchers will monitor their sedation depth, vital signs, and recovery.
