Summary
This study tests whether a nose spray medicine (dexmedetomidine) works better than a standard oral syrup (midazolam) to help children aged 2-10 relax before surgery. The goal is to reduce anxiety and make the anesthesia process smoother. 84 children having groin or urinary tract surgery will take part.
