First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looked at two ways to filter the blood (plasmapheresis) in people with CIDP, a rare nerve disease that causes weakness. The goal was to see how each method affects certain immune cells. Eight adults took part, and the study was completed, but it was very early-stage and focused on understanding, not treatment.
