Summary

This study aims to find the best alternative treatment for a serious lung infection called PCP pneumonia in people with weakened immune systems. It focuses on patients who cannot take the usual first-choice antibiotic due to allergies, side effects, or because it doesn't work for them. Researchers will compare three other antibiotic combinations to see which one is most effective and safest for patients.
