Summary
This study tested a new surgical method (PAL approach) against the standard posterior approach for robot-assisted prostate removal in 60 men with prostate cancer. The goal was to see which technique helps patients regain urinary continence (bladder control) faster after surgery. Results focus on early recovery within three months, along with safety and blood loss.
