This study compared two types of nerve blocks (QL-2 and QL-3) for pain relief after inguinal hernia repair. 64 adults aged 18-50 received one of the two blocks with the same numbing medicine. The goal was to see which block provides longer pain relief after surgery, helping doctors choose the best option for their patients.
