NCT ID NCT05304273
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested two different drug combinations to end a non-viable pregnancy in the first trimester. One group received the standard treatment (mifepristone plus misoprostol), while the other received letrozole plus misoprostol. The goal was to see which combination works faster and more completely, potentially offering a better option for women experiencing early miscarriage.
