This study compares two devices—a self-activated leaf expander and a William's expander—to widen a collapsed lower jaw in 16 teenagers aged 12-16. The goal is to relieve mild to moderate crowding without removing teeth. Participants must have good oral health and no prior orthodontic treatment.
