Summary
This study compares three methods to start labor in pregnant women at full term whose cervix is not yet ready. The methods are a slow-release insert (Propess), a vaginal gel, and a small balloon catheter. The main goal is to see which method leads to the fastest vaginal delivery. About 140 women will take part to help doctors choose the best approach.
