Summary
This study tested two different hormone protocols (PPOS using dydrogesterone vs GnRH antagonist) in 200 women with high ovarian response undergoing ICSI. The goal was to see which approach leads to better egg retrieval and pregnancy rates. Participants had a BMI of 30 or less and high ovarian reserve markers.
