Summary
This study compares two common hormone treatments used during IVF: one using only FSH and another combining FSH with LH. All 300 women will also receive a medication called dydrogesterone to control natural hormone surges. Researchers will track egg growth, number of mature eggs collected, embryo quality, and early pregnancy outcomes to see if adding LH offers any benefit.
