This study compares three awake intubation techniques—using a flexible scope, a video laryngoscope, or a scope through a supraglottic device—in 201 adults with expected difficult airways. The goal is to see which method has the highest success rate, fastest time, and fewest complications. Results will help doctors choose the safest approach for challenging intubations.
