First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tested two remote, non-drug programs for women with long-term pelvic pain. One was a web-based cognitive-behavioral program designed for pelvic pain, and the other was a physical activity app. The goal was to see if these approaches could improve sexual function, physical function, pain, and quality of life. 49 women participated, and the results help understand which approach might work better.
