NCT ID NCT07596017
First seen May 21, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study compares two types of skin cuts (Bruner zig-zag vs. modified midlateral zig-zag) used during surgery to repair injured flexor tendons in the fingers. About 70 participants will be randomly assigned to one incision type, and researchers will measure pain, swelling, and finger movement afterward. The goal is to find which incision leads to less pain and better recovery.
