First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study compares two 14-day antibiotic treatments for Helicobacter pylori, a stomach infection that can cause ulcers and cancer. About 90 adults will receive either levofloxacin-based sequential therapy or bismuth-based quadruple therapy. The goal is to see which treatment works better and is safer, especially in areas where antibiotic resistance is high.
