New gum surgery showdown: which technique heals better?

Summary
This study compares three surgical techniques for treating gum disease (periodontitis). The goal is to see which method best reduces deep gum pockets and helps gums reattach to teeth. About 60 adults with periodontitis will be enrolled. The results will help dentists choose the most effective approach for gum regeneration.
