Summary
This study looked at how well children with cystic fibrosis (CF) and primary ciliary dyskinesia (PCD) can use their arms for exercise, how their muscles use oxygen, and how their balance compares to healthy kids. Researchers tested 88 children aged 6-18 using simple arm exercises and breathing tests. The goal was to better understand the differences between these two lung conditions, which may help improve future treatments and therapies.
