Summary

This study compares two drug combinations to prevent graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) in people aged 65 and older with blood cancers like AML who receive a stem cell transplant. Participants will get either cyclophosphamide, sirolimus, and MMF or cyclophosphamide, sirolimus, and ruxolitinib. The goal is to see which combo is safer and more effective at preventing GVHD.
