New drug combo tested for tough lung cancer

Summary
This study tests two different drug combinations for people with extensive stage small cell lung cancer, a type that has spread widely. About 90 participants will receive either teniposide plus cisplatin and serplulimab or etoposide plus cisplatin and serplulimab. The goal is to see which combination works better and is safer.
