Summary
This study compares two types of continuous dialysis (CVVHD and CVVHDF) in 80 ICU patients with acute kidney injury. The goal is to see if one method removes waste (urea) from the blood as well as the other. Results will help doctors choose the best approach for kidney support in critically ill patients.
