Summary
This study tests three materials used to treat deep cavities in children's baby molars: a standard dental cement (MTA), a bleeding stopper (ferric sulfate), and a natural gel from shellfish (chitosan). 165 children aged 5-8 will receive one of these treatments and be followed for 18 months to see which material keeps the tooth healthy. The goal is to find the best option to save baby teeth and guide permanent teeth into place.
