Clear aligner vs. traditional braces: which works better to widen a Child's jaw?
NCT ID NCT07262892
Summary
This study is comparing two different dental devices used to widen a child's narrow upper jaw. It will involve 60 children, aged 6 to 12. One group will use a newer, clear aligner system, another will use a traditional acrylic expander, and a third group will not receive treatment for comparison. The goal is to see which method is more effective at expanding the jaw and how it affects the teeth and facial shape over six months.
