Summary
This study compared two methods for removing medium-sized colon polyps (10-19 mm) during a colonoscopy: cold snare (no heat) and hot snare (uses heat). 216 adults took part to see which method removes polyps more completely and safely. The goal is to find the best approach to prevent future colon cancer.
