Summary
This study compares two common cosmetic treatments—TCA chemical peels and fractional lasers—for improving melasma, acne scars, and facial wrinkles. About 120 adults will receive three sessions, one month apart. Researchers will measure skin improvement, patient satisfaction, pain, and quality of life to find the most effective and cost-friendly option.
