First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tests two different calcium-based treatments to help eggs fertilize normally during IVF, especially for couples who have had low fertilization success before. About 20 participants will have their eggs treated with one of two calcium ionophore solutions or no treatment, and researchers will compare fertilization rates and embryo quality. The goal is to find the safest and most effective way to activate eggs and improve chances of pregnancy.
