Summary
This study looked at 56 people who had sinus lift surgery to prepare for dental implants. It compared two types of bone graft material: one from pigs and one from cows. The goal was to see which material keeps its shape better and helps new bone grow over 6 months. Results will help dentists choose the best graft for their patients.
