New study tests Pain-Free dental injections for children
NCT ID NCT07095946
First seen Dec 10, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tests two ways to numb a child's tooth during a root canal: one injects numbing medicine near the tooth's ligament, the other numbs a larger nerve in the jaw. Both use a special electronic syringe that controls the flow and plays music to help kids relax. The goal is to see which method causes less pain and makes children and parents happier with the experience.
