Summary
This study looked at three different anesthesia methods in 3 adults having septoplasty (nose surgery) to see which one causes less agitation after waking up. The methods tested were total intravenous anesthesia, a mix of inhaled and intravenous drugs, and balanced inhaled anesthesia alone. The goal was to find the best way to reduce confusion and side effects like nausea after surgery.
