First seen Jan 03, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study compares two types of general anesthesia for nasal surgery to see which leads to a calmer, smoother wake-up. 204 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either remimazolam (reversed with flumazenil) or propofol. The main goal is to measure how often patients experience agitation when waking up, along with other recovery factors like breathing tube removal time and side effects.
