Summary
This study aims to compare two common anesthesia methods used during knee surgery to see which one has less impact on the heart and causes less inflammation. It involves 80 adults undergoing routine knee surgery who will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two anesthesia techniques. Researchers will measure heart activity and blood markers before, during, and after surgery to gather safety information.
