Summary
This study tested three ways to deliver Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for adults aged 20-40 with mild to moderate PTSD in Pakistan. Participants were split into three groups: standard clinic therapy, clinic therapy with a supporting web app, and fully online therapy with the app. The goal was to see which approach best reduces PTSD symptoms, emotional struggles, and psychological inflexibility over 12 weeks.
