Summary
This study looks at whether adding a family doctor to a rheumatology team can improve care for other health issues in people with rheumatoid arthritis. About 199 adults with rheumatoid arthritis will have their vaccination, heart, and bone health checked by a special family doctor clinic. The goal is to see if this approach helps close gaps in preventive care, like getting needed vaccines or screening for heart disease and osteoporosis.
