Summary

This study explores whether having communities design their own health programs can improve quality of life, reduce unnecessary medication, and lower the burden on doctors. About 4,000 adults in Elche, Spain, will take surveys and participate in community-led actions over three years. The goal is to see if a more social, community-based approach can lead to better health and less reliance on drugs.
