What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
Hematolo-GIST communication training
What this could lead to
If successful, this training could improve how doctors discuss lymphoma diagnosis and advance care planning with patients, leading to better patient understanding and satisfaction.
What could go wrong
This is a small, early feasibility study with only 48 participants, so results may not apply to all settings. The training may not change patient outcomes or be practical for all clinics.
