Summary
This study tested whether a training program that teaches communication skills can help people with schizophrenia take their medication more regularly. Forty patients with mild symptoms and low medication adherence took part. The program aimed to improve how patients talk about their treatment and side effects, with the goal of helping them stick to their prescribed medication plan.
