Summary
This study tested whether a 'comfort reading mode'—using different background and text colors—can prevent dry eyes and visual fatigue. 35 adults with mild or no eye problems read under different settings, and their eye tiredness and dryness were measured. The goal was to find a reading setup that reduces strain.
