Summary

This study tests whether combining two types of electrical stimulation—one on the scalp and one on the leg—can help people who have had a stroke lift their toes better and walk more safely. Participants will receive both treatments during physical therapy sessions. The goal is to reduce foot drop and improve walking speed and balance.
