First seen Mar 13, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding two immune-boosting drugs (PCSK9 and PD-1 inhibitors) to standard chemoradiation can help shrink tumors in people with a specific type of advanced rectal cancer. About 30 adults aged 18-75 with no distant spread are taking part. The goal is to see if this combination leads to complete tumor disappearance and fewer side effects.
