New drug combo targets Hard-to-Treat lymphoma

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs—mitoxantrone hydrochloride liposome and enlonstobart—in people with peripheral T-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to prior treatment. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination shrinks tumors. About 43 participants will take part in this early-phase trial.
