Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, vismodegib and atezolizumab, in people with ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer that has stopped responding to platinum-based chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors or slow disease progression. About 48 participants will be enrolled, and the study will monitor safety and response rates.
