First seen Nov 10, 2025 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, blinatumomab and ponatinib, along with standard chemotherapy, in people with a specific type of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) that has a genetic change called the Philadelphia chromosome. The goal is to see if this mix can better control the cancer, especially in patients whose disease has come back or not responded to previous treatments. About 90 adults will take part, and the study is currently recruiting.
