Summary

This study tests a new way to treat Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL), a fast-growing blood cancer. It combines low-intensity chemotherapy with targeted drugs (ponatinib and blinatumomab) to kill cancer cells and help the immune system fight back. The trial includes about 22 adults whose cancer is newly diagnosed or has returned after other treatments.
